Today’s timeless inspiration shoot is like a zesty breath of Summer air! Taking place in the grounds of the historic Great Marsh Estate in Bealeton, Virginia it is filled with rich yellows, splashes of orange and vibrant blooms, as well as the loveliest, most pin-worthy details! I am in citrus scented heaven…..

To share a little bit about what inspired this vision of Summer, I spoke to photographer Sarah Botta….. “The inspiration behind this styled shoot came about when I was thinking about all the greenery, blush, neutral weddings that are so trendy right now. Though beautiful, I wanted to inspire brides to do something different and out of the box. That’s when the idea of incorporating citrus, fruit, color, etc. all came together.

I knew this was going to be an amazing styled shoot and it was absolutely incredible!! All of the vendors went above and beyond. Our flatlay incorporated fresh cut citrus while our tablescape incorporated mismatched china and calligraphy name cards placed in oranges.”
