All too often I create boards for outdoor settings (I think because I was a Winter bride myself and so I missed out on the garden celebration I would have liked) and whilst this would no doubt look just as lovely in a garden or vineyard, I actually had a marquee, ballroom or orangerie in mind when creating it – a venue that would be the blank canvas this pretty palette needs to really shine.

Its delicate tones perfectly suit the greenery trend, and mixed with some dusky neutrals and metallics it would look surprisingly sophisticated. Give your guests a glimpse of the luxury awaiting them on your big day this with some timeless white stationery, in gracefulful handwritten calligraphy, completed with vintage stamps and tied with a ribbon that hints at your chosen palette.

Keep proceedings elegant with understated linens and place settings with hints of blush in the glasswear and florals. Add a further layer of luxury with just the right lighting for such a refined affair – I am of course talking crystal chandeliers! I can just imagine them sparkling softly as the sun sets and the party really gets started.
