Groom & Groomsmen
Snippets, Whispers & Ribbons #56
Happy Friday everyone! And after Valentines Day I must say a big welcome, and congratulations, to all those newly engaged brides-to-be coming to Chic Vintage Brides for the first time. I woke up yesterday all excited at the thought of all the lucky ladies (and gentleman) who this year woke to a surprise proposal…or even an expected proposal done in an unexpected or super romantic way…. its a moment you will never forget so just celebrate and enjoy being engaged! And if you are looking for chic and vintage wedding inspiration you have come to the right place, so grab a pew, your beau and maybe a cuppa and have a nosey around…..
This week’s Snippets, Whispers & Ribbons is one for the boys! I often think finding the perfect ensemble for the Groom and Groomsmen can be just as difficult as it is finding just the right dress. So to help, here are some of the most stylish vintage inspired grooms….
1. I love the tonal berry colours and the mix and match of braces and sweaters of this Groom and his men from Ryan Ray Photography…. there is a real air of nonchalant, natural style that is just so perfect for an Autumn, woodland or barn wedding…..
3. Simple and relaxed but smart (and smouldering) this Groom and Groomsmen‘s linen and stone trousers with plain white shirts just look so cool for a Summer Wedding…..
4. Shainne knows how to work a camera! I love his retro drainpipe trousers and just so sleek mismatched but perfectly styled outfit; it so suited his and Tinas 1950s inspired Melbourne Wedding, seen right here on Chic Vintage Brides…..
5. Last but by no means least, this band of brothers from Lakshal Perera just couldn’t be ANY cooler!! Their elegant jackets vintage inspired but timeless….. and isn’t there just something about a man in uniform??
Wishing everyone the happiest of weekends!
