Dusk & Copper Garden Wedding Inspiration with a Hint of Industrial Chic
A delightful splash of soft Spring hues, adds romance and elegance to today’s industrial, yet surprisingly romantic, garden wedding inspiration shoot from Gaudium Photography. With hints of blue and splashes of copper against the backdrop of greenery, it is a shoot sure to wow…..
Alongside lush blue and white florals, packed full of greenery (one of the big trends for 2016), by Perfect Arrangement Flowers; vintage decor and industrial finishing touches – including the most surprising decor atop the wedding cake by Bekah Gibson! – form layers of enticing creativity in this most unusual garden wedding brought to life. I am completely in love with the tablescape of elegant place settings, with the splashes of sumptuous blue glass and copper, atop the rustic industrial table. The bride’s elegant look is the perfect contrast, reflecting a romantic modern style with not one but two exquisite lace detailed wedding dresses from Celebration Bridal, and sultry makeup by Makeup by Ashley. And copper glitter on the otherwise delicate watercolour stationery by A Paper Wedding adds some sparkle. It is the surprising mixture of delicacy and industrial chic, elegance and rustic charm throughout the shoot that enchants in every image!
Before we take a closer look, a few words from Leah of Gaudium Photography… “The inspiration behind our styled wedding shoot was industrial elegance with dusk and copper colors. We wanted to take an elegant spin on the tarnished rusted feel on the concept of industrial. The idea came about when the designer and I came upon dated tarnished gears and locks. The dusk is the subtle hints of blue along with the time of day we photographed at. We have a stunning model for the bride who really helped to bring out the elegance in the industrial concept.”
Isn’t it wonderful? Who would have thought industrial could look so pretty – or that a vintage laundry basket could make such a perfect dessert table? I must thank everyone involved in creating such an extraordinary shoot, with special thanks to Leah of Gaudium Photography for not only capturing all the details for us to see, but also for sending it through to me and allowing me to share it with you here today.
