Today’s inspiration board mixes timeless elegance with rustic charm in a gorgeous garden setting – showing that you can have a relaxed affair whilst still upping the style stakes. And the palette couldn’t be any prettier, with hints of delicate blush sitting alongside an aged chartreuse green that is perfect for Spring!

When creating this board I imagined a grand garden wedding with a ceremony beneath the budding boughs of a tree, or in front of a lush floral aisle arch, with rustic farmhouse seating under twinkling lights as the sun sets for the reception – although a marquee in case of showers would also be a wise idea (it always pays to have a backup when planning a Spring wedding)

Keep florals seasonal and fragrant – make the most of peony season and introduce some soft Garden roses and of course lots of lush greenery. Soften the rustic tables with sumptuous table runners and quality linens, and add a hint of elegance to this garden affair with gold-rimmed glassware and perhaps satin for your bridesmaids.

And if you’re not getting married in Spring but love this mix of colours, it is definitely a palette that would look just as lovely in Autumn with a hint of those deep Fall shades, or Summer with a splash of mustard yellow.
