Young Love – The Breathtaking 2015 Bridal Collection from Rue De Seine
Today’s post is a slight spur of the moment change to what I hand planned to write about and share today. But when you (and I) all got a little crazy over the glimpse on Facebook of the 2015 collection from Rue De Seine, I just knew I couldn’t wait any longer to share it in its entirety with you! It only seems like yesterday that we were drooling over the 2014 collection, which was exquisite, now prepare to be beguiled by “Young Love”…..
Rue De Seine is the label of NZ designer Michelle Corty, inspired by the 5 years she spent living in the Parisian Quartier of St. Germain des Pres – and celebrating her own wedding on the Rue De Seine. The neighbourhood is famous for being the meeting place of the artists and celebrities of Paris, and is the vision behind the brand’s bohemian chic style. “Young Love” Michelle’s new collection for 2015 is everything we have come to expect of this wonderfully whimsical, ridiculously romantic and beautifully boho brand – and more! That’s right, I do believe this could be the most breathtaking collection yet! Don’t believe me? Just take a look at this…..
Filled with lashings of corded and floral lace in flattering silhouettes, featuring low v backs and necklines of every shape, embellished with hand embroidery and all with the same, timeless, feminine and ethereal aesthetic that has become the signature of Rue De Seine. This collection really does have something for every vintage loving, boho bride and is just perfect if you are looking for a wedding dress that is elegant, a little bit unique and a lot special!
The collection also includes a number of capes and coats, created to match and compliment the dresses. These fabulous outfit completing accessories enable Rue De Seine brides to pull together an almost bespoke look that absolutely fits your unique style and wedding, as well as allowing you to transform your look from day to evening – without the cost of a second dress! For the winter bride there is the Vivienne Jacket…..
For the romantic bride the Hannah Cape, which of course couples perfectly with the Hannah Dress…..
And for the elegant bride the lovely long lace sleeves of the Grace Blouse…..
Now you all know how I love a cape! I said back at the start of the year that it would be a key look for 2014 and it seems it will be continuing well into 2015. It’s a look that’s not for everyone though, but fear not for Michelle has managed too include plenty of pretty sleeves in varying style and lengths…..
Aren’t they just…..beyond words beautiful??
To see more of the collection (nope, this isn’t even all of it!) take a look at Rue De Seine’s Website. Or if you’re lucky enough to be in Auckland why not call for a fitting at the Rue De Seine boutique (head over to Magnolia Rouge to see some gorgeous photos of it, it looks heavenly) Oh and if you’re going, you should know Rue De Seine also stocks a collection of beautiful vintage wedding dresses!
You can find your nearest Rue De Seine stockist here and keep up with all the latest news about the brand by following them on Facebook and Twitter.
