15 Regal & Romantic Cathedral Length Veils
This Post Contains Affiliate LinksWhilst it is already nearly a year since Meghan Markle walked down the aisle and wowed us (and the whole world) with her modern fairytale bridal style, the understated elegance she introduced us too continues to be a big trend. And even more so, our love of cathedral length veils, which is why they are the focus of my second post in this series all about this quintessential bridal accessory.
Often associated with royal brides, Cathedral veils, as the name suggests, are made to be worn in a Cathedral, large church or similarly grand venue because of their long (up to 4 metres long) flowing train. They are a statement veil, that become an extension of your dress, and create a stunning effect for your guests as you walk down the aisle.
Luckily you don’t need a royal budget to recreate Meghan’s regal look with a statement making Cathedral veil, I have rounded up 15 of the most beautiful – including an ombre one and a black one for you bold brides!

Just don’t forget Cathedral veils are generally only worn for the ceremony (to avoid your groom tripping over it on the dance floor!), so be sure to have something wow underneath – be it a beautiful headpiece or stylish updo.
Oh and if you missed the first post in this series, take a peek at it here – it’s all about my favourite veil, the Juliet Cap.
