Lulled into a false sense of Spring security, Winter made a short return and last week felt anything but Spring like! But isn’t there just something about the light on crisp, cold days? Today’s real Winter wedding, with its pretty blossom hinting at Spring, captures perfectly what I mean. With the lovely Darren, from CK Metro Photos, images you can almost feel the cold and yet each picture is infused with such warmth…..

Ooohhh, there really isn’t anything I don’t love about this wedding, from the brides dress with its layers of tulle and floral appliques, to her glamorous coat, the bridesmaids super rich looking deep plum dresses, the decadent dessert table and the surprise end to the night, all go to make this Winter Wedding wow!…..

The man behind the lens, Darren, from CK Metro Photography, says ‘I was so fortunate to be asked to photograph the wedding of Matt and Danni in Armidale.  One thing I can say about Armidale was the fact that I have never experienced cold like that in my life LOL, boy was it freezing cold! But I have got to say,  not once did my beautiful bride and groom complain, and there was so much warmth shown on the day that it never mattered what the conditions were like, the wedding was AWESOME !!!!!’
