Introducing Beloved Love Photography
Because everything I do here at Chic Vintage Brides is done with you, the lovely readers and followers in mind; only the brightest new and best designers, wedding professionals and photographers are chosen to grace these pages. And I take great pleasure and pride in sharing these lovely finds, friends and sponsors with you, in the hope that in so doing I might play some part in making your wedding planning journey a little more fun, and a whole lot easier. And that through one of these posts, on one of these pages your wedding dress, the perfect accessory, just the bridesmaid dress you were looking for, or your dream photographer awaits you. Today, I am pleased to be introducing to you one of CVBs very newest sponsors Abbie at Beloved Love Photography; as well as sharing just a few of her beautiful wedding portraits…..
I can not stress enough the importance of choosing the right photographer for your big day. It’s not just about finding a photographer who takes beautiful photos or who captures those all important memories, looks and moments (there are lots of them!) but rather one whose style compliments your theme; who sees and even shares your vision and whose work in doing so makes your heart skip a beat. And I have no doubt that with her dreamy, romantic and evocative style of photography Abbie at Beloved Love Photography will do just that! Abbie describes herself as “…one of these rare breeds who actually loves their work!” and that love shines out of each and every one of her photos…..
Based in Provence, the lucky thing, Abbie’s photography has an effortless style and a distinctly vintage feel. A little bit shabby chic, with a whole lot of old world romance and absolutely brimming with charm I just know you will love it. And, when you hear her story it is easy to see the influences and French flair that has given Abbie her unique signature style! I’ll pass you over to the lovely lady herself…..
“Always a keen lover of all things vintage after having an interesting upbringing with an older father and French grandmother. I grew up with black and white photographs, French antiques and Edith Piaf playing on a vintage 78 player. Times sure have changed! But I still love all things vintage and love when Brides have a vintage touch to their wedding day. So when I found Amy’s amazing blog, I was in love!” – Oh Abbie, believe me the feeling is most definitely mutual 🙂
“I am currently living in the South of France and travel the world capturing amazing weddings. I also photograph families and engagements (pre-weddings). I love to take time to get to know couples which helps so much on the day as everyone is relaxed. I hand process every single image using a fine art technique all of my own. My processing is similar to film processing and with my signature style. No doubt influenced by the photographs I grew up with and treasure today.”
“Although I love all weddings , I do have a special spot in my heart for weddings with a vintage touch and would love to work with brides looking for fine art wedding photography. My tagline came about from my mission statement, {love as art}. I want your photographs to be treasured by future generations. I encourage couples to have albums and wall art created from their images, who knows how long USB sticks will be around for? I have photographs from 1890 still going strong, I want your wedding images to be around in 120 years and beyond.” I couldn’t agree more with Abbie’s final point – just look at my Chic Vintage Brides to see how important physical photos and memories are, long after your big day.
You can see more of Abbie’s work (and read some kind words from happy brides) on her swanky new website at www.belovedlovephotography.com. You can also keep up to date with her travels, work and any offers (and be transported to Provence!) by following her on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Oh and of course keep an eye out here on Chic Vintage Brides for you are sure to see more of Abbie’s dreamy photography here soon!
