Romantic Spring Wedding Inspiration at Stonebridge Weddings
THE GANEYSSet in the sleepy trees at Stonebridge Weddings (previously Lange Farm), this impossibly romantic styled wedding shoot is the perfect combination of vintage and contemporary. Cassandra from Ever After Vintage Weddings took intricate lace as her inspiration and infused it throughout, layering seasonal blooms in the softest palette of pinks and cream, an elegant tablescape and a blush wedding dress!
Photographer Emily of The Ganeys shared…..“To set the stage for the wedding, guests received the most gorgeous invitations from Kelsey Malie Calligraphy. The delicate script made it seem like we had stepped back in time.
Filled with white peonies, cappuccino roses, creamy garden roses and greenery, the flowers were tied with hand-died ribbon. The bride wore a sweetheart Lillian West gown from The Dressing Room with the off-white hue complimenting her loose garden bouquet. Makeup by Lasting Luxe was flawless and smokey and her strawberry blonde hair was pinned in loose curls.
A wooden sign from Mulberry Market Designs welcomed guests to the ceremony. The vows were exchanged between the sweeping trees on the property. A semicircle of flowers acted as the altar. The couple used the bride’s ancestor’s vow book from 1890 during their ceremony. Seeing the witness’s script made us all feel as though the family was there in spirit.
The dining table was covered with a delicate piece of lace. Gold flatware lined the ceramic plates. Vintage candelabras set the mood for the meal. And at the end of the evening, the bride and groom enjoyed a delicious dessert from J’aime Cakes. The two-tiered cake, complete with lace piping and fresh flowers was the perfect way to end the celebration!”
