A Romantic French Countryside Inspired Elopement
LIVE VIEW STUDIOS PHOTOGRAPHYIf you have never considered eloping before, today’s post is sure to get you thinking about it! There’s an irresistible charm to the setting that radiates with French countryside chic and the most beautiful light. Add the prettiest dusky pink florals and the talent of Live View Studios to the mix and we have got ourselves a fairytale elopement brought to life!…..
I will pass you over to Anna & Brent of Live View Studios for a few words to set the scene “The sun’s rays are streaming through the windows of her childhood home, wrapping them in warmth as they prepare for their simple and meaningful dedication to each other that day. “Je t’aime, darling” he whispers to her as they help each other get dressed. With just an officiant and a small group of dear family and friends, they both vow to love each other for the rest of their days against the backdrop of her family home.
An elegant table for two, with chairs draped in a a greenery and floral garland and a gauzy table runner that catches beautifully in the breeze, is set with family heirlooms and laden with delicious pastries to enjoy. As the sun begins to set and their intimate celebration winds down, a basket containing fresh bread, fruit, wine, and cheese is thoughtfully prepared for the newlyweds to enjoy later as leave for their honeymoon on their Vespa. Wrapped in each other arms, and with dusk settling in, they dance and picnic together along the way to their destination. “Love is an adventure”, she says with a smile, “and we’re just getting started.””
Well, I don’t know about you, but that has definitely made me want to run off and elope to the south of France….and I’m already married! I just absolutely love the idea of riding off into the sunset on the back of a Vespa, with just a baguette and a bottle of chilled champagne!
As always, a big thankyou must go to the talented team behind today’s shoot! Especially to Anna & Brent of Live View Studios for photographing it so perfectly, and of course for allowing me to share it with you. If you love this shoot and their beautiful photography as much as I do you might want to take a peek at this elegant Winter wedding shoot of theirs I shared at the end of last year – it features the most inviting tablescape. Be sure to pop over to their website www.liveviewstudios.com to see more of their work, and of course don’t forget to follow them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest
I do so love an elopement! If you’re still not convinced you should take a peek at this romantic lakeside elopement right here in New Zealand, or this blossom filled beauty, and you won’t want to miss this magical Venice elopement – it is an absolute must see.
