Seasons of Love – Summer Proposal

Photography - Emily Broadbent

Today I am sharing the second post in this series of styled shoots that capture the story of love – from the first date to the happily ever after. And today’s instalment is about the all important proposal! And we’re talking a get down on one knee, with a stunning backdrop and the sparkliest sparkler you ever will see kind of proposal!!!

Seasons of Love Summer Proposal at Fox Theater

Emily is back with a few more words about the creative teams vision for their Summer season of love…. “With our engagement shoot, we head into summer with bright colors and the vibrancy of their passion and love portrayed against the shimmering Fox Theatre lights.

As their relationship begins to bloom, so does our color palette. From light tones to bold reds (like spring to summer) – our couple transitions into a whirlwind romance and engagement with a love that is just as bright and beautiful as her dress!

We chose the Fox Theater as the location, because the flashing lights and old Hollywood feel gives just right amount of nostalgia for past romances and excitement for what the future will hold. We chose roses for our floral arrangement because they were perfect our vintage feel and the emotion we want to invoke.”
