Today’s editorial abounds with all the elegance of an Art Deco wedding, yet with an industrial vibe that makes it utterly contemporary. In an eclectic color palette that mixes warm golden shades of peaches, with a hint of blue and dramatic black, a visual feast was created that is just perfect for a modern vintage loving couple and a truly stylish wedding…..

Here’s a few words about the shoot from photographer, and lady with the vision, Hope Helmuth…. “I have been dreaming of a moody wedding inspiration shoot for some time. When we heard a new Lokal Hotel was opening in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, this vision automatically came to mind.

With an art deco flair, we incorporated metallic details and mixed metals for an old meets new vibe. Our goal was to mix 1920’s prohibition with a modern hip edge. Re+Bloom Couture Florals really set the mood with a warm and vibrant color pallet.

My favorite part of the story was our geometric bar wall. What better way to celebrate then with local craft spirits and old fashion cocktails? Our vendor team really brought the sparkle and made this vision come to life.”
