Now I know every bride’s focus is on finding the dress, and don’t get me wrong, of course it is important; but I remember all too well that it wasn’t the dress that reduced me to tears (despite being adamant that ‘I am not one of those brides that will cry when I find the right dress’) No, you see much as I fell in love with my Jenny Packham dress, from the moment I caught sight of it; I didn’t feel transformed or have my moment, until a diamante hair piece was placed atop my head and a feather bolero hung from my shoulders……

Jannie is a Danish Designer of vintage inspired couture bridal veils and headpieces. She creates accessories of the most incredible quality, using only hand made flowers, and beautiful Preciosa crystals and pearls, with all the bead work handcrafted at her studio in Copenhagen. Taking inspiration from past eras; the French Bohemianism of the early 1900’s, the details of the Art Deco movement and the glamour of 1920´s Hollywood, all of which Jannie exquisitely expresses in her choice of the most luxurious materials such as: French lace, Edwardian Lace, silk and soft chiffon.

Jannie says ‘I love weddings! Love everything about them and I really enjoy getting to know all of my lovely brides. It is an amazing feeling to meet a new client and be allowed into her thoughts & dreams.
