Wedding Dresses
The 2015 Bridal Collection from Ersa Atelier Brimming With Grandeur and Elegance
Be prepared to swoon over the irrepressible femininity and exuberant freshness of the wedding dresses in today’s post! I shared a glimpse of Ersa Atelier’s 2015 bridal collection last Friday (in my roundup of wedding dresses perfect for Autumn), but nothing can prepare you for the beauty and glamour of the latest offering from this relatively undiscovered design house. Ethereal and enchanting, full of whimsy and brimming with what may just be the prettiest silhouettes around, take a seat and enjoy!
Whilst it may have been ‘Charlotte’ with all of her Grace Kelly-esque grandeur and elegance that first got my attention, it is fair to say that the rest of the collection is none too shabby either! Inspired by the silhouettes of a classical ball, it is a parade of vintage inspired gown after gorgeous gown, each taken to a whole new level of luxury. It is the absolute epitome of glamour, all wrapped up in layer upon layer of tulle, lace and pretty things……
Ersa Atelier‘s philosophy is “It’s not about once upon a time, it’s about now. When copies of everything surround us, now is the time when we are in need of uniqueness, of that something that is singular. Personality is that soft engine that drives both our decisions and our paths. The same of our creations. Solely handcrafted each of our dresses is unique and has its own lyrical story that awaits to be discovered.”
And that uniqueness is revealed not just through their enchanting use of silhouettes and embellishments but also by their creative use of colour. As well as the traditional shades of white and ivory, their 2015 collection offers designs with hints of of gold, blush, dusky pink and even highlights of black.
The creation of twin sisters Cristina & Gabriela Antonescu, Ersa Atelier is a bridal label offering perfection in the form of tulle, lace and satin. Known for their beautifully embellished bodices and breathtaking silhouettes, their gowns are guaranteed to make any bride feel like a princess for the day!
Oh they are my idea of heaven! Do you have a favourite? After Charlotte, I think mine has to be Tania!
