These photos are like pre-raphaelite works of art, as dramatic and romantic as a John William Waterhouse painting; collectively creating a shoot that is like a walk through the Louvre…..

It may look a little familiar because it was styled and designed by Chic Vintage Brides favourite Gwendolynne Burkin to showcase her exquisite latest collection. Created from the most delicate and elaborately embellished, floaty fabrics of champagne, silver and gold, there is a fairytale beauty in Gwendolynne‘s 2013 collection that just shines through in this shoot.

“I wanted beauty within beauty – meaning that the environment was a big part of showing off the gowns. The mood was earthy, ethereal nymphs playing in the forest. I wanted the shoot to have a real sense of freedom about it.”
