A Love Poem Brought To Life – Fine Art Wedding Inspiration
I have such a truly breathtaking inspiration shoot to share with you today. From the organic and unstructured floral designs by Gardenia Floral Design, to the romantic wedding dresses from Truvelle and ethereal hair accessories from Romantic ART Life, all set against the backdrop of the historic Taylor Grady House; it is a perfect example of modern vintage and why I love it so! Beautifully captured, in the fine art style, by Noi Tran Photography be prepared for some serious swooning!
Before I let you go and take a peek, a few lovely words from Noi Tran about the shoot and the inspiration behind it….
“One of the biggest rewards of a collaboration is working with people you may never have had a chance to meet or come to know on any normal day. When Anastasiya of RomanticARTLife reached out to me about shooting her latest collection, I was super excited and knew right away I was in for a treat. Her bridal collection is beyond beautiful and not for the average bride. As free-spirits and creatives, we can’t help but dig deep into the passion, the force that drives us. We can’t throw off the visions and imagery that fill our head, and that’s how this new collection came to be. It’s quite a humbling experience to have someone with so much passion reach out and ask you to be a part of their creative process. I couldn’t stop thinking about the shoot and all the possibilities. When I say it was all I could think about it, believe me, it was all I could think about and dream about. I went to bed one night and dreamt up the entire photoshoot! So I decided to approached Whitney from Whitewood Events and am so glad that I did. We chatted about my dream over coffee and ideas after ideas just sprang up – we had a great time giving in to those light bulb moments! The final inspiration comes from a beautiful love poem.
On my bed by night
I sought him whom my soul loves;
I sought him, but found him not.
I will rise now and go about the city,
in the streets and in the squares;
I will seek him whom my soul loves.
I sought him, but found him not.
The watchmen found me
as they went about in the city.
“Have you seen him whom my soul loves?”
Scarcely had I passed them
when I found him whom my soul loves.
I held him, and would not let him go…
-Song of Solomon 3:1-4
In a sense, I feel like we, the creatives, we are this bride. We find inspiration from everything, everywhere. We lay in bed thinking of the things we love and what we want to do in this life. Each day is a new promise and opportunity to make it happen. We go and we search and we do what we have to do to get there. We feed our passion and our creative souls!”
