25 Beautiful Vintage Inspired Bridal Bouquets
I am counting the days to Spring! With buds starting to appear and lambs lolloping in the fields, Spring is surely just around the corner, with the promise of longer warmer days and flowers full of heady scents. Flowers are not only one of the most important visual elements of any wedding day, but are also one of the strongest memory cues – nothing reminds me of New Year’s Eve 2010 as much as the scent of white freesias and roses…..
For expressing her style and completing her look, her bouquet is almost as important to a bride as her dress (I did say almost!) so for brides looking for vintage bouquet inspiration I have chosen some of my favourites in every possible colour – white, pink, red, orange, yellow, purple, blue and black (almost) with roses, ranunculus, peonies, succulents, lilies, orchids and even cotton!

I love the current trend for natural, unstructured wedding flowers with a ‘hand picked’ vintage look – affordable and dare I say DIY-able (Flower arranging is so one of those things that you just know looks easier than it is), they just instantly give an air of rustic chic. If you’re feeling creative (and brave) be bold and take a peek at these hints and tips on how to go about creating your own wedding flowers.
Which is your favourite bouquet? Are you more drawn to the natural romantic floral look? Or something more elegantly vintage?
