Oh my is today’s wedding a treat, from firm NZ favourites of mine, Wedding team extraordinaire Greta Kenyon Photography and On My Hand Styling. With their love of creative weddings with a touch of whimsy, I can always trust their weddings to make my knees weak. With Rebecca and Dave’s wedding it is difficult to know where to begin – the brides’s blue birdcage veil and matching shoes, the beautiful dress she designed herself or the gorgeous rustic styling with splashes of blue……

There were many influences for the weddings style, bride Rebecca tells us all about her inspiration ‘I wanted to incorporate elements from my rural NZ upbringing as well as the rolling farmland which was our ceremony backdrop. We opted for 1950s styling throughout the bridal party and chose to use natural fibres like hessian on the tables. I spent about 20 months planning and was so pleased to find Shaye from On My Hand to help my dream wedding come true. We wanted it to be a fun colourful wedding and it really was!’

Just wait until you see the Apple and Berry Pie Pops from Spongedrop‘s! I want one warmed and drizzled with cream – just perfect for a cold Autumnal day.

Oh that dessert table never fails to make me wish I had been a guest at this wedding – and my mouth water. Greta says ‘This has to be one of the cutest weddings I have shot. Thank you Rebecca & Dave for being so darn amazing and in love!’
