This romantic styled shoot was captured at a private residence known as “the Pink Castle” in Atlanta. Something of a hidden gem The Pink Castle was built in the early 1920s by architect Philip Shutze – who also designed one of my favourite venues, Atlanta’s famous Swan House! With its pink exterior and beautiful grounds it was perfect place for this elegant Spring wedding inspiration in its pretty palette of pastels…..

Here’s a few words from the lady behind the camera Audrey of Audrey Grace Photo…. “The design inspiration was truly focused on the residence and it’s romantic theme throughout. The flowers were completely all Shean‘s vision of the story. He created a soft and romantic look, but was not afraid to use color.

The bridal gown played well with the colors of the Pink Castle. Romantic and soft. The touches of soft florals tied into the scenery and floral designs throughout the shoot.

The cake was a simple, white matte cake with a soft touch of florals. Very simplistic and romantic!

The tablescape elements were thought up as a close and intimate dinner party with elements of vintage and heirloom pieces. Just as if this wedding was held on their family’s private residence, we wanted this table to have the feeling of comfort and warmth as well as a few modern touches to tie everything together to tell the story.

I really loved the Italian MG car that we used for their “get-away” car. Just want I would imagine an Italian couple to use for their wedding.”
