Happy Friday peeps! That’s right, you have made it to another weekend – time to shake off those work woes, sit back and take in some wedding loveliness! With this week’s Snippet, Whispers & Ribbons I have tried to take you through each major milestone of wedding planning, from engagement to wedding!

1. Starting with this Sea Engagement Shoot by Jen Huang Photography – if I didn’t already wish Mr E and I had done an engagement shoot I would after seeing this…..

2. After the engagement comes the inspiration for the big day and could you get any more elegant than this all white wedding inspriation board (featuring a Kelsey Genna wedding dress! Love seeing NZ talent go global)…..

3. When setting budgets, deciding on projects you can do yourself helps! Facebook followers might have seen this fabulous DIY Floral Pergola already but I just couldn’t resist sharing it again (now there’s a good reason to ‘Like’ Chic Vintage Brides on Facebook :))

4. The Wedding Cake is such a small but important detail as it is often one of the last traditions and photocalls of the big day. Sweet Violet Bride’s 12 Rustic Autumn Wedding Cakes You’ll Love is just for you lovelies in the northern hemisphere with Autumn just around the corner……

5. Of course on the day, all that will matter is you and your soon to be hubby, so take bride Sasha’s advice and don’t sweat the small stuff! (ever since that bold and beautiful collection from Vera Wang I have been longing to see a bride wear red, so I actually squealed with delight when I saw Sasha and her fabulous couture wedding dress)
