I can’t believe it’s Easter already! It has really creeped up on me and taken me by surprise this year. I just can not get used to celebrating Easter in Autumn, it is even starnger than Christmas in Summer! Now it’s here though I am so glad as I have a long weekend away with my gorgeous husband to look forward to 🙂 Before I go though……

1. I have a bit of a thing for lavender at the moment, especially after Tuesday’s glorious Lavender Farm wedding!, so this french glamour-fest on the all swanky and new looking Love My Dress really made my knees weak……

2. If you are planning or thinking of a romantic wedding on a sun drenched beached somewhere, take a peek at this Organic Beach wedding on Green Wedding Shoes….. in fact, even if you’re not and have never thought of having a beach wedding take a look as it may well change your mind! (yes it really is that stunning)……

3. Polka Dot Bride brought to my attention incredible Australian Bridal Designer Akira Isogawa and I am SO glad – I have never seen such light, ethereal, sublime designs….ever!……

4. I have LONG been a fan of the fabulous Snippet & Ink and their recent Budget Wedding (or as I like to call them, Wedding on a Shoe String) Inspiration Boards have been brilliant – an endless source of low cost, but not lacking in quality or impact, ideas for brides & grooms. This week my favourite was the laid back Garden Picnic Wedding Inspiration Board with the beautiful poppy red, grass green and paper white palette.

5. There was a MUST see Autumn Inspiration shoot on Style Me Pretty Georgia this week. I love Inspiration Shoots, but by their very nature they tend to lack the emotion of a real weddding….. but not this one! 🙂

I absolutely love that ‘shoot’…. it’s just so….oh no, I’m welling up again…. I just love it! (don’t take my word for it please, it really is a must see)
