You see you don’t have to be a fan of the cold (after all, who is?) to have a Winter Wedding. Is there anything more romantic than cosying up with the one you love? Or having reception drinks around a roaring fire? And of course the best thing about a Winter Wedding? A shorter day means a longer evening – dancing the night away, from dusk, is sure to warm your whole wedding party! To warm this Winter Wedding Palette I have added a pop of berry red, with a hint of mocha!

….. a little bit prim, a LOT pretty and full of old world romance, isn’t it just gorge?

Now for the dress… to stand out I think a soft ball gown would offer the impact required for a Winter Wedding (as well as a few, much needed, extra layers for warmth) I love this elegant, long sleeved, silky tulle gown from Rosa Clara’s 2013 collection…..

Or this lace topped tulle gown with beautifully belted waist and sweetheart illusion neckline, also from Rosa Clara…

….. balance the colour by choosing ivory or silver for your bridesmaids, and tone down the red in your details and finishing touches – you really will be the centre of attention!

I would give almost as much to see any bride wearing one of Vera Wang’s 2013 dresses as I would to wear one myself!…. surely some lovely lady out there is tempted? I would love to hear from you if you have!
