Many of the world’s most stylish women have long been devotees of designer Naeem Khan. Committed to adorning elegant women in clothes befitting their refinement, since his eponymous collection in 2003, his glittering fan base of starlets and socialites includes Beyonce, Penelope Cruz, Emily Blunt, Michelle Obama and Queen Noor of Jordan, and his designs have graced the silver screen in fashion film classics such as Sex & The City and Dreamgirls. Now, after 10 years, Naeem Khan unveiled a bridal collection at this year’s NY Bridal Fashion Market and it was certainly worth waiting for!…….

The collection had everything from heavy beading and embroidery in modern geometric shapes to ornate lace reminiscent of the Edwardian era and art nouveau; not to mention the most ellaborate floral appliqué that lifts beautifully off the dress . The silhouettes are inimitable Naeem Khan with slinky columns and accentuating mermaids with just the odd Grace Kelly-esque ball gown, each and every one exquisite…..and how cute are the models braids??
