Vintage Reverie Inspiration Board from Want That Wedding

Today I am back with the fourth, and final, post in this series of guest inspiration boards from a few of my favourite wedding bloggers, and what a beauty we are finishing with. Sonia from Want That Wedding has chosen a darkly romantic colour palette to create the most dreamy inspiration infused with Art deco decadence…..

Isn’t it gorgeous?? I will let the lovely lady herself tell you a little more about it “This inspiration board was inspired by a bygone vintage era of glamour and grace. It evokes feelings of mystique, and a romantic reverie for a time gone by. The muted colour palette of earth browns, nude caramels and antique linens along with an array of interesting textures (ruffles, twine, leather and paper) with a touch of ambiance (candles), decadence (the metallic gold in the cake and vintage ring), and romance (the stunning gown and headpiece) pull this nostalgic mood board together perfectly.”

A big thankyou to Sonia for creating such a decadent 1920s inspired vision! Be sure to pop across to Want That Wedding for lots more inspiration boards, weddings and style ideas; and to get to know the lovely Sonia a little better. Oh and if you missed the other inspiration boards be sure to take a look before you go: the first from the lovely Tamika of Bajan Wed, was a Winter beauty in berry hues; the second a Spring delight in Pantone’s colours of the year Rose Quartz and Serenity Blue from Ariana of Hey Wedding Lady; and the third was of course that elegant beach wedding board from Chelsea at Tidewater & Tulle – they really are all such perfectly pretty palettes!!
