Happy Valentines Day my loved up lovelies! After last years vibrant and fun Valentines inspiration board that had a real retro edge, this year I opted for something with a little more opulence choosing deep shades of red – because nothing says Valentines day quite like the rich red of roses. Paired with a pretty pink and pops of gold it creates a perfect palette that never goes out of fashion. So beautiful these colours would work in any space or venue, but I had in mind a barn wedding with some elegant rustic charm. Whether celebrating indoors or out though, lush florals are the key to this look. Bouquets, boutonnieres and centrepieces in these radiant red will look stunning, or just imagine how wonderful a flower arch at the top of your aisle would look!

For the boys, nothing looks more dapper for a formal celebration than a classic tuxedo, or for something a little more laid back a sharp and chic black suit would also be befitting. And this is such a beautiful colour palette for your bridesmaids! Choose one of the deep shades of red and let your ladies choose a style they love, or mismatched reds with your maid of honour in gold would look super chic….. I love this colour palette! And it would be just as perfect for an Autumn or Winter wedding.
