My has this week whizzed by – I only hope the weekend doesn’t do the same!

1. We kicked off the week Sunday with the Oscars – and we all know the red carpet is a great place for bride’s and bridesmaid’s dress inspiration. Polka Dot Bride‘s Red Carpet Style highlighted the stand out gowns by colour……

Octavia Spencer in Tadashi Shoji was my fave, looking stunning! And wasn’t it great to so many stars dressed in Johanna Johnson!

2. This truly inspirational Saddlerock Ranch wedding on Plum Tree Weddings shows just what can be achieved in 3 weeks (yes, that’s right, not a typing error, 3 weeks!) when you put your heart in it – and the photo the bride walking down the aisle with her oh so proud father brought tears to me eyes……

3. Creative brides-to-be looking for the perfect font for their stationery must take a peek on Snippet & Ink at this 50 fonts post ( they have a font for every theme, era, style wedding!)

I like the idea of breathing brioche! 🙂

4. Speaking of brioche, I have a bit of a sweet tooth and therefore love the latest craze for Dessert Tables – over (or alongside!) the more traditional and formal wedding cakes. 5. This week the temperature dropped and I noticed the leaves starting to turn, so this Inspiration Board from Magnolia Rouge is a perfect last glimpse at some Lush Summer Green……
