Oh what a week! With the first glimpses of Spring 2013 collections, including the incredible Red Collection from the inimitable Vera Wang (and I have more 2013 collections for you next week including Monique Lhuillier – you don’t want to miss it, I promise you) and the first Chic Vintage Brides exclusive offer – from none other than an Etsy favourite of mine Mignonne Handmade, creator of heavenly halos, headbands and hair accessories. After all that excitement I am ready for the weekend!

1. I love the Wedding Bouquet Recipes from Wedding Chicks (always beautiful, inspirational and informative – I wouldn’t know half the flowers I do now if it wasn’t for them, they are a must read for any bride before their face to face with their florist) This weeks Peach Bouquet features the most romantic flowers, with the most delicate textures and in the most incredible palette…..

2. Speaking of palette, this Fremont wedding from Style Me Pretty is dreamy….not that the palette is the only dreamy thing about this wedding – the stationery, the flowers, the hanging decorations, the photography! Swoon swoon……

3. Elizabeth Messina on Kiss The Groom reminded us that the ever so talented Jose Villa (the man who perfectly captured all of the above prettiness) celebrated his first anniversary this week, with a look back at his unforgettable wedding. It is of course unmistakably Elizabeth behind the camera and therefore it is almost impossible to select just one photo…. but this one somehow captures the fun, beauty and incredible style of Jose and Joel’s day.

4. Green Wedding Shoes went head over heels for Floral Crowns – which continues to be one of my own favourite bridal trends!

5. Following this week’s Chic Vintage Bride Rosamund Lumsdaine who would have celebrated with her husband, her 90th Wedding Anniversary this month, This Old Love is a beautifully poignant reminder, from Polka Dot Bride, of what all this wedding planning malarkey is really all about……
