Romantic Spring Wedding Inspiration at Langdon Hall
WHITNEY HEARD PHOTOGRAPHY
Today’s styled shoot took place at Landgon Hall, a sprawling estate in Ontario Canada, with the most perfect grounds for creating a garden wedding. With more than a smattering of elegance thanks to the calligraphy stationery and the groom’s timeless tuxedo; and no shortage of romance, reflected in the lush seasonal florals, the bride’s off the shoulder wedding dress and the floral iced wedding cake, this editorial is simply stunning from start to finish….
Photographer Whitney Heard shared these words about the editorial…. “Overflowing with details, this shoot pairs fresh spring colors, the romance of lace and the timelessness of Landgon Hall. It has been brought to life to inspire you to do something a little different on your wedding day. Planner Cynthia Martyn helped this couple bring new ideas to their ceremony space with a picnic full of pillows, baguettes and wine. A fine art painting by Michelle Armas also brings creativity to the gathering.
The day filled with laughter and cheer as the couple socialized over a stunning harvest wood table. With bridesmaids in mismatched dresses, the bride invited her closest friends to add a hint of spontaneity to her wedding images. The florals played a huge part in bringing this look together, adding color and freshness. With bouquets and arrangements full of peonies, ranunculus and greens, flower studio Living Fresh shows us the joy in bringing color into your dream wedding day.
The cake, hand crafted by Toronto patisserie Nadia & Co, was inspired by bright florals and lush greenery. Delicate strokes from Plume Calligraphy adorn the menus and stationery suite, and provide a fitting invitation to this stunning collection of inspiration.”
Isn’t every detail just perfection?? I just love the bright colored florals, and that stunning wedding cake! It really is such a romantic and utterly inspiring editorial. I can’t thank everyone involved behind the scenes enough, but especially to Whitney Heard who captured it all so beautifully.
