Bridesmaids Dresses Perfect for the Festive Season
What could be a better excuse for pulling out all the stops and going for full-on glitz and glamour than a wedding?….except maybe a Festive wedding? There is something about a cosy Christmas wedding, filled with that seasonal magic, especially if it is white. And I may be a little biased as a New Year’s Eve bride myself, but I feel no other time of year is more fun or romantic to celebrate a wedding! Confetti, sparklers, champagne toasts, party hats, whooping it up with your nearest and dearest and of course a kiss at midnight with your tuxedo clad new husband to see in the New Year!
And what bridesmaid won’t love you for choosing a date so perfect for chic, glitzy and glamorous bridesmaids dresses? Indeed, within this post I do believe I have found the holy grail of bridesmaids dresses with styles which are both affordable and fashionable, cute and wearable, and sure to make brides and bridesmaids alike sing ‘Hallelujah’!
Gold Bridesmaids Dresses
What could be more glitz and glam than gold? As well as being opulent and timelessly elegant, gold is also ever so flattering……
Black Bridesmaids Dresses
Or the epitome of chic, how about a little (or long ) black dress?……

Ivory Bridesmaids Dresses
As the traditional colour for brides, many dismissed ivory for bridesmaids, until the Royal Wedding and Pippa Middleton of course! It is one of my favourite bridesmaid dress colours as it allows a bold bride free reign to make a statement wit her own dress!
Silver Bridesmaids Dresses
Equally versatile for a winter palette and dazzling for a Festive wedding, just add a splash of silver to proceedings!…..
For those of you lovelies in the northern hemisphere don’t forget to consider some snazzy accessories to keep your ladies snug and warm…… that could be another post! 🙂
If you are planning a seasonal wedding, I have just the posts for you coming up! Next I will be looking at wedding dresses and gowns – and you just know they have to be special to be befitting of a holiday season bride!
