Enchanting Winter Wedding Inspiration in Moody Shades of Blue
HALO WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
A bit of a change of season today, after Tuesday’s super pretty Spring garden wedding shoot, with a hauntingly beautiful styled shoot from Scelta di Classe and Halo Wedding that perfectly showcases the drama and romance that a Winter wedding can evoke!…..
Unfolding in the grounds of a romantic Italian villa, in a pretty palette of dusky blues inspired by the season, the scene is set for an intimate celebration that is both elegant and cosy. I am absolutely smitten with the chic wedding dress, complete with jacket, from Marianna Lanzilli and the exquisite seasonal florals from Vivai Feder. So, get ready to swoon over each and every frame of this breathtaking inspiration shoot! But first, a few words from Elisa of Scelta di Classe….
“A foggy morning of December that gently covered the nature around us created the right atmosphere to shoot our winter bride. White, grey and blue, usually linked to the winter season, were the colors of our palette. We decided to shoot mostly in the open-air because the park of the Villa di Bagno Mantova was very beautiful and full of romantic places like the wood bridge and the secret cave. The charm and simplicity of our bride dressed all in white accompanied by two maids of honours elegantly dressed in blue embellished this enchanting place. Simple but impressive bouquets made of seasonal flowers like cotton flowers and blue thistles completed the setting. The wood stove, hot chocolate mugs and pralines …necessary details during a winter wedding!”
See what I mean? Aren’t the colours just heavenly? I truly don’t believe there is a better season to get married than Winter! If you’re still not convinced, do take a look at this elegant Winter wedding inspiration, or if you want to see how a real couple created a Winter wooded wonderland for their wedding take a look at this bright coloured beauty, or this dreamy snow-dusted celebration.
As always, I can’t thank the creative team behind today’s beautifully inspiring shoot (listed below) enough, especially Halo Wedding for photographing it so perfectly and for allowing me to share it on Chic Vintage Brides.
