Snippets, Whispers & Ribbons – Bridesmaids

March 28, 2014

Yay for Friday! Not long until the weekend now, just a few short hours until you can put your feet up and pour yourself that much earned glass of your favourite tipple…..which of course can only mean one thing, and this week’s Snippets, Whispers & Ribbons is a corker! Having looked at Grooms, Brides, Wedding Cakes & Bouquets over the last few weeks, I thought it was well past time attention was turned to our beautiful bridesmaids! So here are 5 of my favourite bridesmaids looks of the last week…..

Snippets, Whispers & Ribbons - Bridesmaids

1. These soft floaty dresses in mismatched pastels from this South African woodland wedding  just couldn’t be any prettier or more perfect for Spring…..

2. The maxi dresses from this romantic southern wedding are gorgeous but its the mismatched statement necklaces in contrasting turquoise that really makes these bridesmaids outfits for me – its the perfect way to create a unique look for your bridesmaids without having mismatched dresses!

3. These gorgeous vintage inspired LBDs from this science inspired Austin Wedding (seriously prettier than it sounds) shows there is nothing more glamorous than a LBD for bridesmaids and it is the perfect colour for mismatching…..

4. These jackets from this cornish seaside wedding are so such stylish alternatives to the more traditional coverups for bridesmaids…..

5. There is nothing like a floral pattern to brighten a wedding (not that this whimsical woodland garden wedding needed it – it is the epitome of bright & beautiful!) and I just love the pretty floral pattern of these bridesmaids dresses……

Love the vintage LBD bridesmaids and those bridesmaids with lovely flower crowns and jackets in the seaside.I plan to go for a mismatch look with a 1950-60s(Early Mad Men look) with some fun accessorises for my ladies when I get married
