Good morning lovelies! And how was your weekend? I hope your Monday morning hasn’t started as wet and miserably as mine has. But if it has, I have just the thing to brighten your day! Do you remember the gorgeous Autumn wedding colour palettes I shared a couple of weeks ago? Well, it seems you loved them as much as I did. In fact I was so overjoyed (and almost overwhelmed) with the love they were getting whenever and wherever I shared them (they were your most popular pins, posts and pics on Pinterest, Facebook, Google+ & Instagram!) that I think I am going to make them a bit of a regular feature. When I saw how much you loved them, and thinking they might make a rather beautiful Autumn wedding inspiration board, I asked you to vote for your favourite and vote you certainly did, thank-you! It was all incredibly close, with the most popular palette winning by just 1 vote (yep, that’s right, there was just 1 vote in it), but anyway, without further ado here is your favourite……

Oh and I can so see why! A flower arch, a bride in blush and the most fabulously opulent colour palette of jewel tones I have ever seen. This is Autumn wedding inspiration at its best! Forget the traditional burnt reds and oranges of fall and think instead of the rich colours of ripe fruit. Brighten with blush and a splash of gold, and you surely have the perfect palette?

It’s All In The Details
Figs with their dark skins and pretty coloured flesh make the perfect seasonal (and affordable) centrepieces as well as a yummy cake topper!
You could also create a signature cocktail! Not sure what one is? Well basically, a signature drink is a unique tipple that expresses the style or personality of the person (or occasion) it has been created for. And could there be a signature cocktail more perfect for this inspiration board than this Fig & Thyme beauty I found on Honestly Yum……
As well as being utterly gorgeous and delicious this colour palette gives you the perfect opportunity to be bold with colour! Have your groom and groomsmen in that fabulous dark blue, your bridesmaids in contrasting garnet…..

I think the groom in the inspiration board looks gorgeous in garnet, I love how our men are becoming braver and more confident with their style and suits. Remember it is as much their day as it is ours, so if you have a man happy to try something beautifully bold for your wedding then go with it. If your groom wears garnet, simply have your bridesmaids mismatched in deep blue and blush…….
Which will allow you to glow in gold – I LOVE this Marchesa wedding dress!
Well, that has certainly brightened my day! Was this your favourite Autumn palette? I hope you like what I’ve done if it was…and if it wasn’t perhaps this inspiration board has changed your mind? Personally, I love any palette that allows a bride to wear colour and I don’t think any shade does that better than blush. What do you think?
