Chic Vintage Bride – Natalie Wood
February 22, 2012
From the moment I saw this first photo, I just new Natalie Wood had to be this week’s Chic Vintage Bride!
Natalie Wood married fellow actor Robert Wagner, the man she described as “my husband, my child, my strength, my weakness, my lover, my life”, (for the first time) on December 28th 1957, in what has to be one of the most stylish bridal outfits I have ever seen.
Her bouquet of Cala Lilies and the rich floral displays are divine and how cute are the quintessentially 50s bridesmaids dresses with their and off the shoulder necklines and full skirts?!
Natalie Wood’s wedding attire was absolutely swoon-some – simple but chic strapless, tea length wedding dress, paired with a dreamy and very of the moment lace hood!
Such a beautiful bride and a proud looking groom, it is so sad their marriage ended so tragically!
