Jenny Packham’s Amazing 2012 Accessories Collection
March 1, 2012
Now I may be slightly biased, as she is the lady that made me feel like a goddess/screen siren/starlet on our wedding day, but for me Jenny Packham is and always will be THE bridal designer for glamorous cuts, glittering details and gorgeous vintage inspired dresses. I adore Jenny’s attention to detail, all the beautiful beading and embellishment sewed on to the lightest of silk tulle, the way her dresses are cut to skim and accentuate every curve, and the way they swoosh when you walk….. it makes you feel like waltzing down the aisle, rather than walking!
But this lady doesn’t just do dresses! This month the British designer launched her entire 2012 Accessories collection online - and quite frankly that was all the excuse I needed to highlight just how resplendent this range is!
An all encompassing collection of exquisite, modern and vintage inspired headbands, bracelets, cuffs, wraps and belts, all complimenting Jenny’s 2012 bridal dresses (or any bridal gown come to that!) perfectly……
I love Feather, I think its subtle enough to be able to wear every day (or that’s what I am trying to convince myself to justify me buying it!)
Onda III, so crown like, is fit for any princess!
Almost all of the headbands from the 2012 Collection feature an equally beautiful matching bracelet or cuff and many coming in a variety of colours (in the Ready to Wear section) perfect for bridesmaids or brides wishing to b a little more daring with colour!
The range also includes 3 delicate and delectable wraps including the embroidered Elsa……
The fabulously feathery Santorini……
And the sumptuously sequined Vivian……
You may have noticed from some of my latest posts and pins that I currently have an itsy bitsy obsession with statement jewellery. I think its almost entirely the fault of this gorgeous Perth Wedding and the one of a kind Doloris Petunia, there is just something about the way a statement necklace transforms a bride that makes me gasp every time. Imagine my joy therefore when I discovered (rather late) that my favourite bridal designer does some rather fabulous statement necklaces of her own!
Jenny Packham’s accessories are as decadent and delicious as her dresses. Any brides-to be out there tempted? I would LOVE to see photos of any bride wearing one!

Hi,
I am hoping you will be able to help me out. I am getting married next March and recently purchased a Jenny packham symphony dress but looking for a head piece and veil to match. Have you any suggestions?
Your hoping,
Leeanna
Hi Leeanna, Symphony is such a beautiful gown, I am quite envious! I wish I had an occasion to wear my JP dress again! The obvious solution to finding a head piece and veil to match is to shop the JP Accessories range, any of which would look fab with Symphony. If like me though, your dress was your big splurge, then there are more purse friendly alternatives. JP kindly supplies lots of lovely spare beads with her dresses, so I approached a local bridal jewellery designer who created the most exquisite headband (of course I may be slightly biased) which matched my dress perfectly. I am not sure where you are based but the other option is the brilliant Etsy. There are SO many fantastically talented sellers on there like Twigs & Honey, Sibo Designs, and Powder Blue Bijoux, to name but a few, I am sure you will find something you ♥ on there. Good luck, would love to see a pic of your special day

Hi there. I know this post is about accessories, but I am head over heels with the dress. Is it the Aspen gown? I looked on Jenny Packham’s website and this dress looks so similar, but the lace sleeves look different. Do you know the name of the dress? Or which collection it’s in? Thank you so much for your help!
Best,
Lacy
Hi Lacy,
If you are talking about the dress in the first image I do believe it is Aspen, yes – isn’t it divine! The lovely Emma Meek from Miss Bush Bridal did a wonderful blog post about the dress for anyone lusting after this lovely, go and take a peek. I envy any bride who gets to wear this design, it is one of my JP faves
Best Wishes
Amy
Lovely. Thank you for your help!
Best,
Lacy
There is a dress in the 2013 spring collection, Jenny Packham bridal, the last one that you have on the website, it has a high collar and very slinky, there are no sleeves, the shoulders are bare, it’s divine. My daughter is getting married July 2013 and we live in Toronto, Ontario . Where can we find this dress?
Thank you
Carol mcFarlane
Hi Carol, oooh I am so excited for you and your daughter – and a little envious, I so enjoyed shopping for THE dress
and planning the rest of the day. Jenny Packham’s 2013 collection is just lovely isn’t it, and Marigold (the last dress I featured with the high collar halter neck) is super chic. There is a Bridal Boutique in Toronto that stocks Jenny Packham – White so try contacting them to see if they have her latest collection. If not though she does have 2 other stockists in Canada and lots in America, so check out the stockist section of her website.
All the best of luck and have fun looking!
