Today’s editorial is a beautiful blend of understated elegance, romance and charming femininity. Brimming with lush greenery and blush florals it is a vision of a truly swoonworthy Spring celebration. And with all of the perfectly styled details: from the intimate garden setting and relaxed table with a hint of luxury, to the floral adorned drinks station and the gilded wedding cake; it is impossible to be anything other than completely head over heels with it!

A few words from photographer Justine of Milton Photography….. “We looked to create an intimate garden wedding that is inspired by style, sophistication, romance and elegance.  We incorporated various blush tones, ivories and natural greens into the color palette, along with hints of metallic, in the form of gold and rose gold, in order to capture an organic, refined and high quality presence.

To create a feminine and flowing feel, we wanted to play up the textured lace over top a layer of cream chiffon on the wedding dress, which floats beautifully when in motion. And due to the lush outdoor setting and the ethereal quality of the dress, it was important that the florals not be too perfect. Arrangements using cafe au lait dahlias in the perfect nude/blush hue mixed with roses and other romantic florals created an organic feel with flow and movement, and brought an additional femininity and softness to our scene.”

“A calligraphed invitation suite and a custom calligraphy menu, along with a signature drink, bar cart and other desserts with metallic accents all work together to create a sophisticated tables cape.”

“The design of the wedding cake and its styling was one of the major focal points.  Keeping with the blush and ivory palette, we focused on bringing an added touch of elegance through the use of rose gold and handcrafted organic sugar flowers.”
