There is just SO much I love about this Perth wedding, from the cutest flower girl with her heavenly headdress, to the stunning floral arrangements, the perfect photography and not forgetting (my favourite) the Vera Wang ‘Francesca‘wedding dress (which the eagle eyed may recognise from my Deliciously Downton Vera post), it is ultra glamorous, tres chic and I must confess made me a little weak at the knees, with its beauty……
When I stumbled across this wedding on Style Me Pretty, I found it impossible to pass without taking a closer look – the flowers simply took my breath away they are so vibrant and the arrangements so opulent, particularly the Bridesmaids bouquets and flower girls headdress……
The Bride and Groom, Georgia and Craig, chose the colour scheme of deep, rich plums and purples to compliment the Winter Perth weather and together with their florist Rebecca Grace of Natural Art Flowers chose strong seasonal flowers.
I love the brides waterfall bouquet as well - exquisitly Edwardian, just like her Francesca gown!
And I can not say enough how much I LOVE this gown! It’s so timelessly elegant in its simplicity, yet the cut and fabric exudes glamour, it would never fail to wow – guests, parents and most importantly any future husband!
With the growing trend of two dresses for the bride I love the way Georgia cleverly created two different outfits by just changing her accessories – from cream for the ceremony……
from Ivory – belt, shoes and a pearl necklace
To dramatic black – necklace, belt and channel shoes, perfect for an evening of dancing!
Vera Wang is stocked exclusively at Helen Rodrigues in Neutral Bay, NSW, Australia and on the 25th and 26th November Vera Wang’s latest collection will be showcased at an exclusive Trunk Show. It is appointment only so please go to Helen’s site for more details.
The wedding was perfectly captured by the very talented Natasja from NK Photography – the photos never fail to take my breath away.
