Opulent 1930s Wedding Inspiration Aboard a Vintage Train from Tausendschon Photographie

Big on style, elegance and opulence – and not to mention positively brimming with the most fabulous vintage details (we’re talking feathers, pearls, gold candelabras and gramophones); this 1930s inspired wedding shoot from Tausendschoen Photographie and Facts and Feelings is sure to make your knees weak! Seriously, Jay Gatsby himself would have been happy attending a wedding this lavish…..

Vintage Wedding Ideas Inspired by the 1930s

Set in a stunning red vintage train at the Lokschuppen Gerolstein in Germany, it oozes elegance in a luxurious palette of ivory and gold. Everything about it from the sumptuous florals by Tanja Weiss, to the scrumptious looking wedding Cake by Dehly&DeSander, and the luxurious tablescape by Daniela Muller from Facts and Feelings; not to mention the stylish bride in her exquisite lace dress with accessories you might recognise from Chic Vintage Brides favourite Petite Lumière; and the dapper groom in top hat and tails; everything takes you straight back in time. And I just know you are going to love it!

Before we glimpse every stunning detail though, a little something about the location and inspiration for this stylish shoot from the talented lady behind it Daniela Muller from Facts and Feelings – “While visiting this old train depot we were inspired to make a styled shoot reflecting the 1930s. We really wanted to showcase the impressive designs of Anna Goldenberg of Petite Lumière. She’s an Israeli designer with the most beautiful bridal accessories. They really helped set the stage and show the impulsive nature and momentum of the 1930s!”
